Strangely enough it seems that both the response of the support team which is signed as the response of the complaints team which is unsigned seem to be written by one person. Again, prior Homescapes has given written approval to wash the sheets instead of sending them back immediately, now they back out and just offer a 50 pound voucher which doesn't cover a fraction off the costs, which I obviously can't settle for. UPDATE: Homescapes, after taking ages, has sent a (quite rude) email basically denying the stains where there before the washing, even though I submitted pictures in which it's visible the sheets contained the stains upon arrival (sheets clearly baring the marks of packaging still, inclusive ultra sharp folds and pressed appearance, which isn't possible to reproduce with home appliances). They decided to come back on their words though. I provided clear photos of every step and have been transparent constantly. The logic behind this was that they don’t know how the stains got there. After numerous calls and emails to Homescapes and after sweet-talking from their side as they would definitely replace them I received today an email (months later) that they weren’t going to do anything in the end. I got an ok to wash them with their guarantee, the stains didn’t go out though. The sheets arrived with black stains, which you normally wouldn’t expect when you order white sheets. I ordered the white Egyptian Cotton sheets with a thread count of 1000 (Bettwäsche weiß Fadendichte 1000), literally the most luxurious sheets they sell.
